As the Product Manager for the Studios product group you'll spearhead the effort to define, develop, and execute a roadmap for a new product serving multiple verticals. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, elevating user experience, and ensuring our products are aligned with the overarching vision and objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Execution: Work closely with senior leadership to not only define, but also meticulously execute the roadmap in alignment with the overarching vision and strategic objectives. This involves careful coordination and collaboration across teams to ensure that each milestone is met with precision and contributes effectively to the overall strategic direction.
- Release Management: Assume full responsibility for the release process, ensuring that each feature is shipped in a state that effectively achieves project objectives. This requires meticulous attention to detail.
- Market insights: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. You'll champion the user experience by gathering and implementing user feedback.
- Revenue growth: Drive product initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership teams in engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience: Proven track record: Your history speaks volumes. Utilizing product management best practices, you've successfully taken products to market, fueling business growth, and consistently delivering value to customers. Experience with large-scale multi-vertical products is highly desirable.
- Strategic prowess: Communication mastery. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy: You possess a deep understanding of product development methodologies, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Agile adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, adept at swiftly adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $100,000- $110,000 USD per year plus variable commission
