Note: This position is 95% in the field, required a smart phone and daily access to a reliable vehicle (mileage is reimbursed)
Duties:
- Travel to various properties around Baltimore CIty, Baltimore County, Harford, Prince Georges and Anne Arundel Counties.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective renters
- Abide by all fair housing policies.
- Social Media Management: Post, Monitor and respond to inquiries about available properties on Facebook.

This role requires working in the field and interacting with tenants on a daily basis. A reliable vehicle and smartphone are required for this position (Mileage is reimbursed).
