The candidate must have a minimum experience of 2 Years working in the veterinary field.

Position 1) 4.10 Alternate Work Week Schedules. (Days Off - Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Position 2) 5.8 schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 3:30pm-12pm
Job Purpose:
Serves patients by greeting and assisting them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts.
Duties:
* Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
* Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
* Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
