Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy that ships out 30,000 prescriptions a day to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states. Pay: $20/hourly.
Position: Inventory Specialist.
Department Opening: Inventory.
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Prefer Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prefer 1+ years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- 1 + years' inventory experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties include:
- Assist with vendor returns and credits.
- Assist inventory team with maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Review inventory expiration dates for first in first out (FIFO).
- Review and submit daily inventory orders within inventory software.
- Assist in receiving, validating, reconciling, restocking, and storing incoming medications and products.
- Assist in maintenance of internal drug database within pharmacy prescription processing software.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Inventory Manager.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.

- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp, and feel objects related to duties.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
