We’re looking for hard-core sales representatives who are willing to go out and knock on doors to get merchants. The Independent Contractor is eligible to receive a Success Fee Bonus per executed agreement for a Surcharge Program once $1,000 in sales have been processed. A $2,000 bonus will be paid for Surcharge Program Accounts that exceed $22,000 monthly. This high-income role offers ongoing monthly residuals on current accounts signed. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue B2B prospects, sell, and support the financial technology sector.
- Work with clients, banks, vendor partners, and internal departments to address card payment industry matters.
- Engage with diverse clients, from restaurants to retail and beyond.
- Move prospects quickly through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative sales and customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in financial technology and educate clients on adopting solutions for enhanced business operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Bonuses of $1,000-$2,000 for each signed deal, based on size.
- Monthly residuals (75% payout) based on account activity.
- Production bonus after the third sale.
- Projected first-year earnings of $70k-85k, with top performers making $100k+.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Bankcard Sales or related fields is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.

- Proven ability to network and self-market to generate self-sourced leads.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
