6. **Performance Management**: Overseeing performance appraisal processes, providing feedback to employees, and managing performance improvement plans when necessary.
7. **Training and Development**: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and supporting employee development initiatives.
8. **Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
9. **Policy Development**: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
