Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Perform detailed analysis of products, materials, and processes to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Utilize various quality tools and techniques to measure and evaluate product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, including reports and records
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in food quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and micrometers
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns related to product quality
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
