Job Summary
Thrive Ortho & Spine (Thrive), a rapidly growing medical practice with 6 locations in Georgia, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to develop and administer physical therapy programs and treatments to our patients. Thrive offers general orthopedic services and surgery, as well as a non-narcotic, interventional pain approach with a focus on treatment of acute injuries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable functional goals.
- Work closely with physician and mid-level providers to coordinate care and maximize patient outcomes
- Write timely and accurate documentation such as re-evaluation, discharge, and daily progress notes.
- Conduct tests and measures to identify problems the patients are facing.
- Re-evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care and reset goals as needed.

Education/Experience/Skills/Certifications
The minimum education requirements are outlines below:
Minimum of master’s degree in physical therapy. Three (3) years’ experience in the general practice of physical therapy. Valid physical therapy license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks is preferred but not required.
