- Point of contact for new product introduction.
- Provide design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews of our products. Make recommendations to customer to improve manufacturing processes for quality and cost.
- Use statistical process control and studies to validate process capability, establish reasonable specifications, and drive process improvements in partnership with Tooling and Manufacturing Process Engineers.
- Identify and highlight manufacturability issues during engineering builds to ensure product quality is stable and that supply is predictable during ramp.
- Support quality requirements of US based supply chain. Will require knowledge of customer specifications in order to disposition reported failures observed by the supply chain.
