The Institutional Client Service Associate works with the Investment Management, Trading, and Investment Operations departments to provide coordination and efficiency to the investment process and provide high quality customer service.
A successful candidate in this position will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, solid verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness and capability to learn and perform duties with different software systems. They must have the ability to work well with other team members as well as independently, and possess a high degree of integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned. They are not necessarily all inclusive.

Run and monitor daily/monthly/quarterly reports such as cash reports, withdrawal reports, and standard client requests

Handle all client communications for Institutional clients including the preparation of client presentations

Research and handle all issues with trade settlements

Maintain all 3rd party delivery instructions

Work with the Sales, Client Service, and Research departments on requests

Serve as a liaison between the Investment and Compliance departments

Responsible for institutional database management and due diligence questionnaires

Respond for Institutional-based Requests for Proposals

Participate in special projects and retail client service support as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required

Two (2) years of financial services industry experience is required

FINRA Series 6 license is preferred

Job Type: Full-time, in-office for the first 90-days with the possibility of working 1-2 days per week remotely after.
