JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Responsible for the development of assigned Medicare Advantage and MMP member materials. Works collaboratively with business and operational units to ensure all member communications are compliant, accurate, timely and meet federal and state agency requirements. Manage other projects as assigned by management. Support Medicare Advantage and MMP lines of business for upcoming contract year business readiness. This position also needs to participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of annual timelines/work plans to ensure timely and successful project completion. Assists in developing/updating process and policy documentation, standard operation procedures, and adhoc projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Develops Medicare Advantage and MMP member materials in a content management system
Demonstrates understanding and strict adherence to regulatory requirements including timelines
Works closely with internal partners and external vendors
Active participation in meetings and ability to present and/or train team members as assigned
Assists with creating process improvement workflows, project presentations, work plans, establishing due dates, and assigning task responsibilities.
Utilizes effective time management skills and tools to achieve desired project results.
Responsible for staying up to date with the latest communications and guidance provided by federal (CMS) and state agencies.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and ability to QC/proof documents for 100% accuracy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of education and experience
Required Experience
5+ years in healthcare process design and development, business analysis, compliance, project management or related experience.
Requires a minimum 2 years’ experience in Medicare and/or healthcare and
1 year experience in project management.
1-2 years of experience in Information Technology, database Content Management Systems environments.
Preferred Experience
3-5 years in project coordination, project management, business analysis, compliance.

Pay Range: $49,430.25 - $107,098.87 / ANNUAL
