We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and caregivers to join our team part-time Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00am to 4:30am

Responsibilities
Document Management:
- Assist the clinical team with printing, scanning, and filing essential documents, including admissions, recertifications, incident reports, hospital transfers, and changes in conditions.
- Ensure client charts are meticulously maintained and up-to-date.
Operational Support:
- Help produce necessary documents using our operational app, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the onboarding process for new caregivers by organizing and managing onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and employee files through efficient printing, scanning, and filing practices.
Caregiver Management:
- Keep caregiver charts current by handling 90-day reviews, annual reviews, write-ups, corrective actions, and missed visit reports with precision.
Accounts Assistance:
- Aid the accounts department by scanning and filing supplier invoices and managing incoming communications on our Microsoft SharePoint system.
General Office Duties:
- Provide support with phone management as needed, ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
