Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and/or email;
- Order-taking and data input processes;
- Assisting in directing drivers during daily routes;
- Ensuring customer service levels meet or exceed company standards;
- Punctuality and reliability.
Required skills and experience:
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications;
- Prior customer service experience;

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
