Job Description: Are you a go-getter with established relationships in the industrial sector? We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Industrial Sales Leader to join our team. Currently, we operate primarily in the Western United States. If you have experience in industrial equipment sales, logistics solutions sales, or warehouse technology sales, and are passionate about safety and training, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with industrial accounts, including warehouses, logistics companies, and facilities operating forklifts and heavy machinery.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the industrial sector.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers at warehouses, logistics companies, and facilities managing forklifts and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety training and compliance needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Applicable Current Roles:
- Industrial Equipment Sales Representative: Experience selling industrial machinery, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.
- Logistics Solutions Sales Executive: Experience in selling logistics and supply chain solutions to warehouses and industrial facilities.
- Warehouse Technology Sales Executive: Experience in selling technology solutions (like inventory management systems) to warehouses and distribution centers.
