Operates a variety of cleaning equipment ie; hand shot blaster, belt sander, dip tank, washer and portable wash tanks or assemble.

Assembler:
Performs sub-assembly and final assembly of various products from their component parts.
Hand Shot Blaster:
Place a variety of parts in machine. Hold nozzle in one hand and part with other. Index part while aiming spray nozzle at part until part is completely free of foreign matter. Remove parts from machine, weigh count and/or stack if applicable. Visually inspect parts for defects such as cracks, burrs, broken bolts, etc.
Dip Tank:
Retrieve and place a variety of parts into one basket. Place basket into dip tank and activate auto cycle. Upon completion of cycle, remove parts from basket and place in appropriate containers. Visually inspect parts for defects such as cracks, burrs, broken bolts, etc.
Washer:
Retrieve and place a variety of parts into parts washer. Remove moisture from parts by spraying with compressed air as they exit washer. Aside, stack and color code parts for identification purposes if applicable. Visually inspect parts for defects such as cracks, burrs, broken bolts, etc. Periodically check and maintain proper chemical levels in washer. Color code parts for size as required.
Portable Wash Tank:
Retrieve and place a variety of parts into wash tank. Clean parts of all foreign matter by using brush while cleaning solution saturates parts. Visually inspect parts for defects such as cracks, burrs, broken bolts, etc.
