We are currently seeking a Base Manager to oversee our operations in North Dakota. The Base Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including staffing recruitment, customer service, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company targets.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet targets and deliver on client needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for our clients.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment trends to inform strategy and market positioning.
- Effectively manage budgets and resources to optimize business results.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and market best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
