We are looking for a front desk receptionist to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are The Hampton Group, we manage Assisted and Independent Living buildings. Do you want to join a great team who is growing quickly?
The primary responsibilities of this role are offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming and greeting guests who visit the business, coordinating front desk activities, redirecting phone calls, and keeping an organized office space.
Available Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Running errands
Keeping the front desk and conference room organized
Assisting with accounts payable
Keeping office stocked with all supplies
Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing etc.
Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/deliveries.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, preferred
Experience as a receptionist, preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office, etc)
Web conference knowledge (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Need reliable transportation
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
