JOB SUMMARY
The Direct Support Professional/Driver will provide transportation services using large capacity company vans for individuals with developmental disabilities who attend our Adult Day Services program. The shifts consist of a morning route between 6:00 – 9:00 a.m. and/or an afternoon route between the hours of 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. The Driver will deliver services with compassion and respect. Training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide safe transportation for our developmentally disabled members in large-capacity vans. Routes consist of driving on the highway as well as streets and residential areas.
2. Meet the physical needs of the members during transportation.
3. Maintain accurate and timely records and reports. Complete Incident Reports, as required.

1. Always maintain professionalism while representing Family Partners, LLC
2. Provide safe transportation to and from the program and community activities
3. Possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
4. Must have outstanding communication and social skills.
5. The ability to initiate tasks necessary for the program to run efficiently.
6. Daily cleaning and setting up equipment utilized for transportation.
