Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, takes pride in the commitment and quality of service provided to families of children with Autism.
Master Faster is currently seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to join our team and work with families to welcome and guide them from the intake process until they are converted to an active case.
Responsibilities will include:
- Promptly addressing inquiries via phone and email
- Providing families and referral sources with excellent Customer Service while navigating them through the Referral/Intake Process
- Collecting necessary documentation needed for Insurance Authorizations
- Logging ongoing contact and referral records within our software platform
- Verifying clients insurance benefits
- Coordinating family needs and availabilities with the Staffing Department
- Managing the process of converting a referral into an active case
- Ensuring ongoing Parent Satisfaction with the services provided
Qualifications:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to Detail
- Healthcare Experience a plus
- Case Management Experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
Work Hours/Location:
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
