Must be familiar with all stations. Need to be able to run kitchen on Chefs days off. Candidate needs to have high volume fast paced kitchen experience. Need to be dependable with no last minute call offs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute menus for events.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 1+ Year experience as a cook in a previous restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong culinary skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
