Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant / Toddler / Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Conduct activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or Child Development Associates (CDA) with 3 years or more experience
- Proven experience working with infant/toddler/preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus
- Experience in childcare, infant care, toddler care, daycare, nannying, special education, or behavior management is advantageous
