Church Plumbing & Heating, INC is looking for a dedicated, reliable Customer Service Representative, This position requires great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. As a CSR you will handle multiple priorities such as answering phones, processing orders and assisting in finding answers to customers questions We take our commitment to excellence seriously and seek only those who feel up to the challenge. Duties will include taking customer service requests via phone, online submissions, texts, and online marketing requests. This position will manage a large volume of inbound and outbound inquiries, and scheduling for all Church Plumbing & Heating, INC services. To be successful in this position, candidate must have a strong sense of urgency and superior customer service skills.
Our Customer Service Representatives are one of our most important resources in our company. They provide the sole source for our ability to meet our customer’s needs.
This position would be full time, requiring 40-45 hours a work week.
