- We are in the rebuilding phase and when fully staffed, our team will be comprised of ten physicians and twelve advanced practice providers (APPs). Together, they will collaborate with other hospital staff and departments to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- We’re fortunate to have a dedicated site coordinator assigned to this team who will help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Our clinical performance nurse will assist in delivering an exceptional patient care experience.
- Located in Brockton, we enjoy the vibrancy of a history-rich area with excellent schools, cultural activities, sporting events, shopping, and more! Our strategic location places us between Boston and Providence, with Massachusetts shorelines just a short drive away.
- We are proud to offer sponsorship for J1-visa through Conrad 30 as well as H1b cap and non-exempt.
Practice
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7. We are looking for BC/BE internal medicine or family physicians.
- Your responsibilities will encompass rounds, admissions, discharges, multidisciplinary rounds, and the option to teach transitional year residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. We engage in geographic rounding when feasible.
- As part of our hospitalist team, you’ll contribute to the rapid response and code teams. We are all certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, with the intensivist team taking over the code once they arrive.

Purpose
- Our unwavering commitment is to put patients first, always.
- I chose Sound because hospitalist medicine is at our core, and the organization has established effective processes for better patient care. I remain with Sound because the medical group has allowed me to create an environment in which clinicians find the practice of medicine enjoyable again.
- We highly value and support growth and development within our hospital medicine practice, offering opportunities for exploration at the local level and within the broader medical group.
- One of the ways Brockton Hospital is committed to keeping its community healthy is by offering free Zumba classes remotely once a week.
