Viera Builders, Inc. has an opening for a full time commissioned paid New Home Sales Associate who will be provide assistance to the company in meeting or exceeding its sales and profit goals and assist in the development of an effective marketing program. In addition, the duties include the following:
- Stay current on the competition’s prices, floor plans, special discounts, and advertising. Maintain knowledge of the Viera community and lifestyle, along with the history of Viera.
- Ensure that model homes are staffed and are open on time. Be on-site salesperson and staff the model home. Oversee maintenance of models and spec homes.
- Make initial contact with prospects through referrals, demonstrated interest, or show home visits. Qualify prospects' interest and ability to purchase homes. Review leads on a weekly basis. Conduct sales presentations for prospective customers, following up with phone calls and emails.
- Prepare home purchase agreements and construction contracts. Follow-up with clients during home construction to make sure their expectations are met.
- Coordinate participation in Parade of Home events, Realtor events and other community activities.
- Make sure the brochure and marketing material are kept up-to-date. Advertising should establish a positive, professional company image (branding) and create interest in its homes.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in Real Estate and Marketing is required. Must have new home sales experience and Salesperson/Brokers licenses. Must be proficient with Microsoft office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
