Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage educational programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

- Proven experience in center based childcare
