Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Cleaner/Social Media & Content Collaboration Manager. This role combines traditional receptionist duties + leaning how to sustain the life of kicks,with managing our social media presence and collaborating with influencers and content creators. As an independent contract worker (1099), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, greeting customers, and assisting with drop-offs and pickups in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding our services, pricing, and appointments.
- Handle cleans of basic shoes after intake, coordinate specialty shoes for specialty cleaner.
- Coordinate and schedule content collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to promote our brand.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels, to showcase our services and engage our audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and engagement data to identify trends and optimize content strategies.
- Assist with organizing events, pop-ups, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives to elevate our brand presence both online and offline.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or social media management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with customers both in-person and online.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute compelling content ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaboration strategies is a plus.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099) with flexibility in scheduling.
