Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize their in depth technical expertise to support our plastics manufacturing facility.
Job Requirements:
Ability to link up with and communicate with all PLC and Drive Platforms
Advanced Troubleshooting
Ability to mentor and train other technicians and maintenance trainees
Capable of seeing and understanding daily production losses relative to system issues and is capable of updating maintenance staff of the Root Cause and the Corrective Actions
Capable of setting PID controls
Must be advanced in understanding electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and functions:
Electrical Skills:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and identify symbols and control circuits with a high degree of competency.
- Understand and troubleshoot PLC program and logic
- Strong ability to trouble-shoot electrical circuit
- Able to install PLCs, change motors, install relays and starters, install control circuits.
Hydraulic Skills:
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and identify symbols and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.
- Capable of repairing, changing, or upgrading equipment.
Mechanical Skills:
- Able to perform preventative maintenance on all types of equipment represented in the plant.
- Knowledge of refrigeration, drying, conveying, fluid pumps, blowing and vacuum pumps, pneumatic circuits, and welding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
