The Managed Account Advisors MF/ETF & Equity Implementation team is seeking a candidate to join as a Product Specialist. The team is responsible for the implementation and trading of the Chief Investment Office (CIO) firm discretionary model portfolios, 3rd Party Investment manager models, Select Portfolio Solutions (SPS) and the daily oversight of all client driven activity and daily drift monitoring. The role entails use of analytical skills and candidates should have initiative and an eagerness to learn.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring the performance of a domestic discretionary or non-discretionary, advisory product, which may include managing a product within the brokerage or institutional offering. Responsibilities include working with more senior Product Specialists in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate exception based trading through analysis of outlier accounts

Flawless Implementation of CIO & 3rd party Investment manager model rebalances

Daily monitor strategies for drift (asset allocation, securities, cash)

Independently review complex analyses of accounts

Manage daily trading volume of all account maintenance activities

Execute client’s tax-selling instructions

Provide support to financial advisors for client accounts requests
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years related work experience in financial industry
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, self-motivated and self-directed

Strong work ethic and works effectively in a team environment

High energy with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume area

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to communicate/articulate issues clearly and concisely
