Essential Functions
-
Passes meal trays and offers basic tray set-up.
-
Serves food and busses dishes in the dining room.
-
Transports/escorts residents to areas within the facility, e.g. dining areas, activities, resident care conferences, etc.
-
Assists residents to interact with activity programming as is applicable for patients' social wellbeing.

Help stock nourishment rooms.
-
Assist the kitchen with meal carts as needed.
-
Assists CNAs in their day-to-day functions as needed.

Answers nurse call-light system to determine resident needs.

Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.

Assists residents with turning and positioning in bed.
-
Documents services provided.
-
Punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
PAY:
$15-16/hr depending on experience.
Other Functions
-
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members.

Ability to learn infection control techniques.

Ability to be patient, compassionate and polite.
Requirements:
Education
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Experience
-
Six months experience in a long-term care or hospitality environment or as a caregiver (Highly Preferred)
