We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, monitoring and tracking progress, and providing positive reinforcement to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with behavioral issues, as well as a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans in a variety of settings.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, physicians, and service coordinators, to ensure that interventions are effective.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
- Provide instruction in basic living skills, such as hygiene, meal preparation, and money management.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Work directly with individuals to teach new skills and decrease challenging behaviors - Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed - Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Conduct behavioral therapy sessions in accordance with established protocols **Requirements:** - Previous experience working with children in a behavioral health setting - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles - Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members - Strong data collection and documentation skills - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
