Job Title: Intake Coordinator / Marketing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing the initial intake process for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the first point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company client inquiries to respond with necessary information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing intake procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed, supply orders and in office upkeep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Therapy Appointment is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, Mailchimp, Canva, social media marketing, and content marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer research practices.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks effectively in a timely manner.
- Understanding of market trends and referral network outreach strategies.
