Adrianas is seeking a skilled Paid Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads!
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various paid social platforms like Meta, and TikTok.
- Understand the different parts of the advertising funnel and what type of content is most suitable for each. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, assign, and achieve relevant KPIs for each campaign objective (ROAS, CPM, CTR, CVR)
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different advertising channels to maximize return on investment.
- Understand attribution and thoroughly analyze the different touch points with the correct context to drive maximum efficiency for each channel in our advertising ecosystem.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance, landing pages, and other elements of the campaigns.
- Lead experimentation: owning the development, execution, learnings, and next steps for the paid ads testing roadmap.
- Monitor, analyze, and monthly report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective ad that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand messaging. Report on creative insights to help refine the creative testing roadmap.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective. Recommend new channels to test.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Basic knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns focusing on measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing Facebook accounts with substantial budgets. Proficient in scaling, optimizing, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Experience with D2C companies
- Deep understanding of the technology that fuels each ad platform.
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficient in interpreting metrics influencing paid social performance, demonstrating a robust capability to derive strategic insights and actionable items through in-depth data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
