We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisorto implement and oversee all Front Desk operations. The successful candidate for this position will be able to communicate effectively with our patients, staff, and vendors on a regular basis. Additionally, the right individual will be able to work well under pressure, handle conflicts and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and oversee the daily duties of desk personnel, including check-in and check-out, patient prepping, and charting.
- Maintain public relations with guests, employees, and co-workers.
- Train employees in basic duties and supervise their work performance.
- Assign staff to accommodate the needs of customers.
- Implement standard operating procedures.
- Make decisions when problems arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
