Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an energetic and organized Site Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of two years administrative experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will interact with staff and students in this front-facing, reception desk position. An outgoing and friendly person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and positive will succeed. This candidate will also possess initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills and observe a high level of professionalism and discretion. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented and able to multitask (you should love checklists!). Great people skills and excellent oral and written communication are a must.
This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Open and close office
- Answer door
- Receive and distribute mail
- Order office and kitchen supplies as well as curriculum
- Schedule and supervise office vendors
- Send emails to office staff and educators with attention to detail, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Data entry and upkeep of employee database
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Cross training to provide coverage for Program Coordinator when needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two years administrative experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent PC computer skills: above average proficiency in Window and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook and Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to work effectively, independently, and accurately.
- Ability to accurately process oral instructions on the fly and maintain a constantly changing daily task list and manage multiple short and long-term projects.
- Autonomous self-starter, but also a team player willing to pass the baton back and forth and coordinate efforts with multiple team members; administrative assistant to multiple supervisors.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner and ability to compose professional and detailed emails
- Hardworking, honest, friendly, articulate
- Reliable transportation required

Schedule:
- 9-hour shift, 1 hour lunch
- Frequently 2-3 hours of overtime per week
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
