Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing night audit procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Assist with reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
