Receive training as a Behavioral Therapist in our ABA program. You will receive training and obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Our ABA program is primarily center based sessions and 10 mile radius for in-home sessions.
Behavior Therapists (ABA) at Pediatric Minds provide play-based ABA therapy for children with Autism and other Neuro-developmental disorders in the home, school and/or in center based settings. Overseen by a BCBA, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment that is enriching, compassionate and fulfilling.
Behavior Therapist / ABA Therapist Duties:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with Autism in a variety of settings
- Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using tablet software
- Follow prescribed interventions as outlined by supervising staff
- Assist with parent and caregiver training on client's individual goals
- Effectively communicate with BCBA and parents regarding case dynamics
- Maintain client confidentiality and high level of professionalism in all settings
- Maintain records, materials and instructional tools in the home and center based setting in an organized fashion
Requirements:
- High School Dipolma or equivalent
- Driver’s license and your own personal means of transportation
- Pass a TB Test, Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
- Behavior Therapy / ABA Therapy experience preferred
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential not required, but preferred

Full-time schedule: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Part-time schedules are flexible. Saturdays are optional.
