GEN Korean BBQ House is a fast growing company with locations in multiple states. We are currently looking for a District Manager in the Carrollton, Texas area.
Restaurant District Manager combines an entrepreneurial approach and a relentless pursuit of excellence, with a firm commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. The Restaurant District Manager will be responsible for the whole operation and maintaining cleanliness of the store to ensure the success of multiple locations. Ensuring excellent product quality in addition to absolute guest satisfaction will be the priority. This position requires excellent communication and team building abilities. Our Restaurant District Manager is expected to be proactive in his/her restaurants to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state regulations. Leading by example and acting as a role model to the staff and management team is essential. You will be responsible for developing the management team and protecting the integrity and financial success of the district locations. This position will require customer interaction and travel on a regular basis.

- Exceeding operational goals as related to sales, profitability & expenses through implementation of established programs & process
- Develops store and district teams to meet these goals and ensure continual operational effectiveness.
- Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues & sales estimates.
- Ensure that each location delivers value and excellence to all patrons.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and food safety inspections
- Ensures the appearance of all stores’ interior & exteriors are maintained to company standards, including merchandise presentation and recovery.
- Ensures that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
- Attract, hire, develop & retain the best team to meet both short- and long-term business goals.
- Foster & maintain a positive & “drama free” team culture in all employees.
- Conducts regular store audits, oversees inventory taking, forecasting, ordering, scheduling, etc.
- Must be capable of working in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrate ability to achieve beyond what is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
