### Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Supervise COTAs work
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies to enhance daily living skills
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices
### Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Knowledge of medical imaging and terminology
- Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate patient care
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care across various age groups, including pediatrics
- Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices
