When would you like to start?
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze market adversaries, develop and implement strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams
· Cultivate relationship with the top producers in the area
· Ensure consistent and clear communication with stakeholders and the Team
· Assist Market Center Administrator (MCA) in managing executive team and agents to acceptable professionalism and job performance
· Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress and develop solutions to meet goals
· Work with Productivity Coach and a Team to attract, recruit and retain talent
· Lead Weekly Team Meetings
· Collaborate with the Tech Lead to ensure Team’s proficiency in KW technology, resources and tools
· Create fun and supportive environment for the Team
· Work with the executive Team to obtain necessary resources to achieve objectives
· Serve as a liaison by representing Market Center to the public
· Track and report 20% agents result to the Operating Principal and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
