Your Role:
Join our amazing company and start your career in Self-Storage today! The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) is a Full-Time position that will report directly to the Contact Center Manager. This individual will play an integral role in executing the overall growth and customer service strategy of Trojan Storage. This position will be the front line for new customers rentals as well as handle a variety of customer issues utilizing phone, SMS, chat, and email. The CXR must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping customers and driving satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:

Receive inbound calls from potential customers and meet sales conversion goals.

Consistently delight our customers at every interaction.

Adhere to schedules and be available for team meetings, feedback and coaching sessions.

Provide input to improve the customer experience and reduce workload.

Proven ability to control the call to achieve optimal average handle time.

Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls

Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled accurately.

Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using contact-center database

Leverage data and insights gathered by the contact center to recommend and influence process improvements
Qualifications

High School Degree or equivalent
-
1 Year of experience in a contact center environment or customer-support role
-
Phone sales experience preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Proficiency in chat communication a plus

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in conflict resolution and customer sales.
