What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who has worked on and with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and who understands what it means to be a liaison between departments and customers. This person will take the lead in providing extraordinary service to all accounts, suppliers, and clients. A high degree of organizational ability and communication at all levels are essential to the position.
What You Will Be Doing:

Review customer contracts.

Process Request For Quotes (RFQ)
-
Provide service support to Customers, Distributors, and Channel Partners
-
Review, process, and record orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through customer personal contact.
-
Interface with customers daily regarding routine requests, order placement, and/or issues.
-
Coordinate with the internal teams to resolve all delivery issues.
-
Reviews past-due balances and invoices.
-
Validate orders entered in the system are correct.
-
Issue credits for short shipments.
-
Manage Excel reports for Align & Align Customers
-
Track order activity
-
Alert appropriate departments of any potential delivery problems.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent- AA or higher (highly preferred).
-
Additional education and/or related training is a plus.
-
Minimum of 3+ years prior experience working on any CRM system
-
2+years of direct experience coordinating interdepartmental functions.
-
1+ year of experience with data entry
-
Experience placing and reviewing purchase orders.
-
Aerospace manufacturing or distribution experience is a huge plus!

Knowledgeable of sales administration process (not sales itself)

Must be able to read and understand contracts and terms

Excel skills: Proficient to Intermediate

Must be able to run and validate multiple Excel reports

Knowledgeable of accounts receivable processes

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)

Special Position Requirements
Travel up to 5%, which may include international travel for training. The new employee should have a passport and/or visa depending on the country's requirements.
