Job Highlights:

Full-Time Monday through Friday (Some weekends and out of town travel).

$27 - $32 Hourly.

Minimum job requirements:
-
Be able to perform site surveying and elevation staking.
-
Frequent bending, reaching, and walking, or standing on slopes or uneven, rough terrain.

The use of hand tools and power tools.
-
Be able to operate Heavy Equipment.

Be able to lift heavy objects of at least 50 lbs.

Knowledge & Skills:
-
Onsite to oversee all the construction process.
-
Organizing the workers and ensuring they are performing as required.
-
Ensuring that the stipulated safety rules and regulations are met.
-
Liaises with inspectors on the standard requirements of the site in terms of licenses and safety.
-
Follows the project construction process to ensure that it is completed on time.
-
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate with project team for resolution.
-
Identify non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
-
Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
-
Perform Foreman duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
-
Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.

Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

Ensure that the jobsite is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.

Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
-
Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.

Must adapt to changes in the work environment, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
