Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business for trailers.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Lightspeed or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a requirement
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Account management experience is preferred
