Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents facing unique challenges? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Personnel (DSP) for a group home serving four adolescent females (ages 13-17) who have experienced trauma and behavioral issues. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive and caring environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of these young individuals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct care and support to adolescents in a group home setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication management.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for adolescents with trauma and behavioral issues.
- Implement therapeutic and behavioral interventions as directed by the treatment team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and incidents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents in developing essential life skills and coping strategies.
- Ensure a clean and organized living space for residents.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with adolescents, particularly those with trauma and behavioral issues.
- Clean background check and criminal record clearance.
- CPR certification and certification in medication management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering youth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
