Our experienced Collectors thrive in a quick collections-cycle environment and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working a large caseload of outstanding debts.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Resolve collection calls and achieve targeted goals
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Skills
- Strong phone presence and experience speaking with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience, preferred
- Auto, DDA, Installment & Credit Card Collections experience a plus
- Basic math skills
- Intermediate knowledge of email, Internet browsers, and search functions
