Job Overview:
We are seeking Call Center Representative/Customer Service Associate to join our team at a reputable agricultural cooperative. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support the cooperative's members with various inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on agricultural products, seasonal offerings, and membership programs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring member satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, inform members of new products or services, and collect feedback.
- Use call center software to log information and update customer profiles.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
