To set, serve, and clean up all banquet events while striving to exceed any and all guest expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Set all parties with necessary china and glassware.

Serve all guests functions using the proper serving habits.

Clear all dinnerware used and return it to dish washing area for cleaning.

Responsible for all service areas, refilling condiments, salt and peppers, coffee stations, etc.

Any specific assignments by management incidental to the performance of the work.

Must become knowledgeable about the park and all related information pertinent to job.

Must be able to carry trays weighing approximately 40 lbs. to and from staging area.

Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
