Position Overview:
Weekends Required

Processes accurate payment of cash, credit card and payroll deduction for purchased items. Follows all established accounting and cash register procedures. Balances cash drawer to within .5% of gross sales at end of shift. Completes cashier report accurately and consistently.

Greets and addresses all customers with a smile and in a pleasant manner. Resolves customers' complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Restores appropriate food and condiment supplies to specified levels before and during service.

Cleans and sanitizes all food service equipment and utensils according to weekly/daily sanitation checklist. Cleans and sanitizes chairs, tables and seating area as needed on a frequent basis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Experience: One year previous experience.
