Penn Medicine at Home is hiring home health RNs to service patients in Central New Jersey, including Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon county. ABOUT PENN MEDICINE HOME HEALTH
When patients are discharged from the hospital or recovering from an illness, it takes time for the body to heal. Skilled home health care provided by Penn Medicine Home Health Princeton Health helps patients during the post-hospitalization or illness recovery. This service assists patients in carrying out their doctors’ plan of care in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. In addition to providing care, our team is focused on teaching patients and their caregivers the proper treatment regimen so homebound patients can continue to live a healthy and independent life.

We are now offering 2 tracks for RN employment. This position may be filled at the Clinical Nurse - NCL or Clinical Nurse II track, depending on degree level and years of experience. No home health experience required.
Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse-NCL track:
· Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
· 3+ years of relevant professional nursing experience
· Pennsylvania RN licensure
· BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
· Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse 2 track:
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
· 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
· Pennsylvania RN licensure
· BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
· Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
