Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In Home Sales Pros to join our team.
Spark Solar is a long-standing solar company that has built out a rooftop division, Spark Rooftop Services, and focusing on home service products and services. We service and sell anything on the roof, from the gutters up. This includes the some really cool products that you have probably ever heard! This is NOT a normal roofing company. We perform full roof inspections and in-home presentations.
As an In Home Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home service industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software (we will train you)
- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
